How long before my order is accepted?

Wholesale orders are always accepted as soon as they are placed. Your order status may be updated to one of three categories:


On Hold, Pending Verification: If you are a first-time wholesale customer, we will put your order on hold right awayso that we can verify that you are a legitimate business and what (if any) net terms your company may be eligible for. If you have already submitted your verification documents, but still receive an email saying that your order is on hold please submit a ticket so we can quickly fix the issue.


Accepted, Ship/Delivery Date Assigned: If everything for your order is in stock or we have the materials to make your order, we will assign a Ship date (the day your order leaves our facility) or a Delivery date (the day we hand deliver your order). Only CT and RI based businesses are eligible for delivery at this time.


Accepted, Fragmented Fulfillment: If some parts of your order are on backorder, but we anticipate that being resolved within 1 week, we will notify you that your order will be partially fulfilled asap and the other portion on another date.
